Jack Knife Productions (JKP) evolved organically out of Niels and Bimmer Udsen’s longtime commitment to supporting the arts and their local community. Consistent quality and reliability, passionate perseverance, and personalized attention to detail are the hallmarks of all Udsen family endeavors.
Ben Bellizzi heads up JKP’s endeavors with experience in all aspects of festivals and events. One of our two certified SL260 technicians, he also manages shade installments, planning, and whatever else you may need for a celebratory gathering. He works all over the west coast in various production capacities as well as curating his own music series For the Folks in San Luis Obispo, CA (seen here with a small child emerging from his chest cavity).
Charlie Kleemann - Our longtime Production Manager and certified Stageline Technician, Charlie remains as a close consultant and fixer of all things. His many years of experience in music production coupled with his hands-on background as a building designer and woodworker lend an acute attention to detail that head off potential pitfalls long before they become production hindrances. Charlie embodies our philosophy that creating a team environment is fundamental to executing a successful event. He is also unafraid of giant ladders, as exemplified by this photograph.
Max & Luke Udsen - The creative forces behind the Whalerock Music & Arts Festival (WRMAF), the Udsen Brothers lend their organizational and aesthetic expertise to Jack Knife. The inviting, embracive atmosphere at WRMAF personifies their vision of an ideal gathering while showcasing their expansive attention to detail. They provide their experience, expertise, and insightfulness to any project JKP takes on.
